We’ve explored many paths in Lymm while exercising Max and this morning we walked along the old railway line that once served the town. It now forms part of the Transpennine Way that crosses the country from Hornsea to Southport.
I’m feeling chuffed as I’ve sold two items of knitwear to delighted customers and had I been able to stay longer in Lymm I could have had a commission too.
We left Lymm at lunchtime today in warm sunshine – it’s hard to believe we’re still in shirt sleeves in October.
We motored on to Sale where we’ve moored for the night. We went to see if the Robert Bolt Theatre had anything on and we’ve got tickets for tonight’s performance of Gatecrash by touring company “Zest”.
